SRI LANKA START TO BEAT

Sri Lankan first match for The ICC World Cup 2011 start yesterday (20) at Mahinda Rajapaksha International Cricket Stadium at Sooriyawewa, Hambanthota between Sri Lanka vs Canda. Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara won the toss and choose to bat first. With in 50 overs Sri Lanka scored 332 for 7 wickets. Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara got 92 runs fro 87 balls. Mahela Jayawardena got marvelous century for 81 balls. That was very fast century taken by Sri Lankan player in a World Cup. Thilkarathne Dilshan got half century. Man of the match was Mahela Jayawardena. For the Canada team Harvir Baidwan and John Devison got 2 wickets.
